1. Participating in such projects gives researchers at the ZHAW, as well as companies in the local area, the opportunity to make new and interesting national and international contacts. The ZHAW supports the research and development projects from conception to completion.
2. The Euresearch network is commissioned by the State Secretariat for Education, Research and Innovation SERI to provide information on participation opportunities and procedures in European research cooperation.
3. Competence means the way in which a person is able to apply his or her knowledge, experience, abilities, accomplishments and interests under the conditions and in view of the requirements of a particular context of activity. The ZHAW has to enable its students to process scientific knowledge and put it into practice within the context of demanding activities.
4. The ZHAW University Library offers you support and consulting in response to all questions related to information competence, Open Access and publishing. The Library is an attractive place to work and promotes the exchange of ideas and experience on campus.
5. Then the Academic Sports Association Zurich (ASVZ) is the right place for you. The ASVZ and its wide range of sports facilities and activities are open to the entire university community. Its offers include traditional sports as well as various new and exciting kinds of sports.
6. Scholarships from ETH Zurich are always intended to provide subsidiary funding. In other words, they are designed to supplement other financial resources, and in particular other scholarships from the student’s canton of residence or country of origin. ETH Zurich scholarships do not completely cover the costs of studies and living.
