Gdansk University of Technology

1. The Gdask University of Technology (GUT) is a state institution with complete autonomy. In order to fulfil the demands of the rapidly changing economy and society, it constantly improves and focuses on delivering the best possible education. The university is periodically evaluated for accreditation.
2. The following sports are available for students to choose from: team sports, fitness training, tennis, table tennis, Nordic walking, badminton, swimming, weightlifting, contemporary dance, self-defense, climbing, skating, and jogging. They can also attend other types of physical therapy classes.
3. The Gdask Tech Library compiles books, periodicals, and electronic publications that span the whole spectrum of academic fields covered by each of the eight colleges. Each faculty at Gdask Tech has a separate branch library with a reading area. Additionally, there are lending libraries, reading rooms, open study areas, computer stations, Internet access, 8 branch (faculty) libraries, and more available at the library.
4. providing first- and last-year students with access to online library and information skills training while expanding and maintaining the digital library’s current infrastructure.
5. The International Students and Visitors Office (ISVO), an organisation devoted to promoting the University internationally, attracting candidates from abroad, and assisting newcomers, offers special assistance to international students at GUT both during the admissions process and for the duration of their studies.
6. Specific norms pertaining to internships and student responsibilities during training are specified in the Faculty rules/regulations, per the Gdask University of Technology’s Regulations of Study.
