2. It has put in place a dynamic scientific policy, structured around 5 main disciplines: nanotechnology and nanomaterials, transport, energy, environment and bio-engineering.
3. Students can choose from among 20 different sports – either as an individual or in a team – to fulfil requirements for participation in sport, often allowing them to participate in university sporting competitions.
4. Teachers are extremely good at their jobs and give us hard but fair exams, the courses available cover most domains. On the other hand, integration within the school was incredibly easy given the plethora of events organised by the many different clubs.
5. The École centrale de Lyon has strong ties with top institutions in Europe including Imperial College London and Darmstadt University of Technology.
