1. One of the course’s best features is that it offers a work placement semester in the third year. Students have the chance to tailor their own studies and career path by applying to the company which can bring out the best of their knowledge and skills.
2. GMIT’s integrated approach to Research, Development and Innovation is delivered through its Research Centres and Innovation Hubs.
3. There are 42 designated IT laboratories and approximately 1,100 PCs available for students across the Institute. GMIT uses Moodle as its learning management system which allows students and staff to view course information including lecture notes and assignments online.
