5. The main goal of personal development planning is to chart your own course. Although you are in charge of your own study plan, a study coach will be available to you throughout the year if you have any queries about it.
6. We have created a system where work is done directly in quality control and improvement. Furthermore, we carefully concentrate on particular issues. Each programme has created a policy strategy outlining its top priorities in terms of policy. The development of this policy plan was guided by thorough internal and external analyses. Dialog committees are created with persons from outside the organisation to provide comments on the programme for the external analysis.
